I'm here in Bahrain! After 28 hours of travel, I was thankful to sleep 12 hours last night! My flights were flawless, and God answered my prayer by connect me with those who need to hear of Him. A military guy ended up sitting next to me and shared about how he had been saved but had been backsliding since the military. I got to encourage him, pray for him, and spoke into his life in order to direct him to seek the face of God once more. PTL!
Flying to Bahrain was a bit strange since I was one of only 3 woman on the plane. I was thankful to connect with Sandy and her husband that night, and went out for dinner while being surrounded by woman covered in their black abaya and head coverings.
Today Sandy and I walked a bit of the city, such an unusual place. Palm trees cover the place, sky scrapers on one side,
homes next door, than slums and in one small part. God has a plan to pour out himself in a DEEP way in this country and I can feel it.
